Upfront Costs: Farmers pay nothing up front, receive all seeds and guaranteed offtake.
Farmer Earnings: Farmers earn as much as $60 per kilo or $300,000-450,000 per ha.
Government Revenue: Government gains $5 per seed planted or $50k per ha.
Export Taxes: Government also gains tax’s on all kgs exported.
